i have been struggling for years with high blood pressure and im only 32 years old. I have been on a number of high blood pressure pills and each one just makes me sick. Recently, i had to go on a Xanax for anxiety and my doctor saw that my blood pressure dropped dramatically. I am wondering now if my blood pressure had always been due to stress?

Anyways, i was reading about natural ways to treat blood pressure and Celtic Sea Salt came up. I have tried C0q10, flaxseed, Celery and none of those have worked. i am nervous to try hawthorne.

Has anyone ever used Celtic Sea Salt and saw a decrease in Blood pressure?
