So day 2 of my dry fast. I did the same thing as yesterday. Meditated, walked for 40 minutes, did some household chores did not have any water but touched water after using the bathroom.

Mucus is a little less, headache is practically gone, but right side neck hurts slightly, outer part of right side head feels like burning when I touch any part of right side of head.

I did wake up at 4am with sharp reflux and then it subsided.
Blood Sugar 80mg/Dl
Blood Pressure - 113/79
Pulse - 88 ( my normal pulse is 65-70)

Urine is normal.
Teeth bleed a lot.
Now sunbatihng for 15 minutes.

I may have to prepare some snacks for kids and that may be a test. Although I do not feel hunger at all.
