My broth is home made, I put onion, garlic, sweet potato, leek, fennel, seaweed, parsley, thyme, bay leaf, peppercorn, allspice and cayenne.

When I get home I will take my temperature, right now I am camping and do not have access to a thermometer.

I am starting my fast and two weeks of bedrest on the 9th. I feel very ready.
