I am good now, but detox was rough, but I just kept on trucking. I was getting nasty painful bromide zits on my scalp (pictures are on here somewhere), so I kept climbing up in dose until they went away...and they finally did when I reached the 400-500mg a day mark. I never took days off, I was religious with it. If you can handle the detox, then keep at it everyday. But to each their own.

I also dabbed into the SSKI , reached 5 grams daily for a month or so. That was a good experience also.
