I am about to start the Master-Cleanse again...I started it about a couple months ago and I started with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the AM and then the lemonade drink, by the afternoon I was lying in bed in extreme pain, headache, neck ache, nausea, whole body aches, throwing up, throwing up bile, I had never experience such pain, and I have had a child!!! I am very scared to start again. After reading this posting I think it was caffine withdrawl, but I only drink two cups a day!!! I am also going to only drink the tea and not do the SWF, I think that is what made me feel so sick..any advise or encouragement would greatly be appreciated!! I do have a very high tolerency to pain so I am very concerned and confused by what this did to me last time!!!
