I did for the first two months taking Iodoral 12.5 mg with selenium, but I did develop that severe dizziness that you speak of when I upped the dose to 100 mg Iodoral with Lugols. I also experienced palpitations of 130 on and off and insomnia on this dosage as well.

For me at least, I think 12.5 iodoral with selenium is probably the best dosage for the benefits of Iodine. I stopped everything for 3 weeks now, but if I get better I will certainly start on 12.5 mg with selenium because I experienced the best well-being in my life on that dosage. I just overdid it and got greedy and went up too fast I guess. Good luck.
