Such a strong effect from tea, and actually a good controlled experiment (as far as we can control for real life). Every now and then I come across a study where a heavy tea drinker has fluoride poisoning problems (it give very dense but brittle bones which are an issue too).

That is so great to hear your big improvements from Iodine already - here's to more of the same.
