No kidding-- CO has literally been a gut saver. The problem is, if I stop taking it, the gas and gurling and sloshing comes back. Half of me is glad I'm addressing this creepy things that have been hiding, and half of me wishes I let them just be because I felt better before LOL. But I know they've gotta go.

My ND said I can keep taking the CO if I want, but to "go slow..."

Also, some of that "excreting" has done a number on my delicate bum...either irritation or causing some rectal yeast flairs. oye oy no fun!

But yea, you may have saw my other post. Hulda + CO OK? Or, Diatomaceous Earth + CO, OK? I want the gurgles, sloshes, and gas to go awaaayyyy!!!
