The fast is a part of my lyme disease treatment and from the good things I've read about fasting, probably a very important part.

The infection was unchecked for over a decade so the symptoms really started piling up, hoping to see some calming of brain inflammation and stomach problems via the fast.

Today is my second day! Going well, I am supervised by a Doc and will be breaking the fast earlier if necessary,

Really interested in dry fasting now that I read your older posts, I'll be sure to try it in the future. :D
