I remember you. We have helped each other during our fasts a year ago.

I think your plan is reasonably good, especiaally having NDs around to help. However, there are a few things that are controversial and I am stating my opinion having tried everything during my fasts.

I know that saunas and colonics, enemas are all enervating practices. Intelligent animal tries to push the envelope. If we were to look at nature, there are many animals fasting for much longer time than us two legged one. They do not have to clean their colons, they don't have to have saunas, in fact most animals fasting are in cold weather so they do not even see the sun. I like sun bathing as a source of getting warmth and Vitamin D. I like the idea of acupuncture during a fast, but I have never experienced that so you have to keep us all posted.

Castor oil rubs, packs and massages are good during a fast.

If you want to clean your colon before your fast that is ok, but in the middle of a fast is not necessary. I have flushed my colon many times with either Vitamin C or salt water prior to commencement of my fasts.

Please be very careful of going in and out of dry fast. Water has to be taken in very slowly after a dry fast. Please read some of hghbuzz's posts on Dry Fasting forum.
