Honestly not sure about my body fat but I have lost weight within the last few months. This time last year I was 5'10 around 240 lbs I'm now about 215 lbs. not sure of the exact body fat percentage though to be honest. Water retention is possible I have gotten bloated for a few years now but always figured it was from GERD as it started happening after diagnoses with GERD. I do uriinate a lot. I don't have swollen hands or feet. I was tested for diabetes 6 months back and tested negative. Also had a CBC a year back. ALT was "slightly" raised but the doctor wasn't worried. Had just started taking a green tea extract at that time which I stopped taking once I got the results back. Vitamin D was also low but I was told that's very common. I now take a vitamin d supplement daily, along with a multi vitamin and just started probiotics a few weeks ago.
