I too had multiple defiency syndroma,bad fatigue and just all bad . Ok thanks for remind me about water, it`s easy to forget to drink enough.I have also good feeling taking IntraMAX liquid mineral vitamin supplement for correcting defiencys, its just quite expensive , but still worth it i think. I did not know about the lysine/copper connection, i will try taking it also.


Pretty much same road we walk,as does so many these dark days. If it is this hard to navigate for getting health back i fear what it will be for next generations .
