A late reaction, hope you read it.

Your story reads like mine. At some point I just ignored my doc. His advise had only made me feel progressively worse.

I go completely on how I feel and not on test results these days.

Every time I was hyper for more than a week I cut my T4 sup in two (halved it I mean). In the beginning the hyper was very temporary, a few days at the most. After that the hypo-T would return. But at some point it stayed longer and that was when I started lowering my T4.
