Kidneys, well it do make sense becouse Iodine cause detox, maybe i was too shy with the salt, used only heaping tea spoon. Ok will up salt ,
I have had my back, sometimes neck and also shoulder muscle/tissues feeling like a "empty" like my muscles are shrinked and too weak/dry .i believe it may be becouse of toxic copper in the tissues, so now when loading zinc in to the body there must be quite a change in the tissues if my theory is right. I dont know if zinc defiency generally cause weak or shrinked muscles, at least zinc is needet to make testosterone .
Sorry to hear having also copper/zinc problem, it seems to be like global plague now days, i have feeled much better after start taking optizinc 60-90mg and molyblenum 1000-2000 micrograms, i feel like molyblenum helped a lot . I also feeled lot better after starting taking liposomal glutathione dayly, i think it helps with copper toxity.
Have you considered the possibility that you have low stomach acid ? Low stomach acid prevent zinc absorption to some degree, and other minerals also. I take few times a day quality Swedish bitters before eating+ gb-3 digestive aid and sometimes also Betaine Hydrochloride with Pepsin . Young people have much more stomach acid than adults, as we age it will drop quite a jump down ,but bitters should keep it producing stomach acid .So if low stomach acid even taking 15mg zinc dayly might not do much anything if it wont get absorbted.
That site is great, odd that i never seen it before as been googling so much copper related.
Thanks Violien
