I have no problem with the color, as larger concentrations and larger particles can result in an amber color. True Colloidal Silver is more of a tea color to slightly grayish color.

Actually, if you keep pushing colloidal silver past it's yellow stages, it will turn tea colored just like Mesosilver. And so based on this, it looks as though the notion that HVAC particle silver is better based on particle size is wrong. 

 However, despite what some in this forum wrongly believe, what you make at home cannot possibly be as efficient as the very best true colloidal silver - unless you have about $50,000 to spend on equipment and a lot of know how.

Without evidence(demonstrated proof) such statements/beliefs rest entirely on unsubstantiated claims. 

That said, oddly enough, there have been demonstrations of Ionic Silver being more effective at killing bacteria than with Mesosilver. And so on this particular note, I'd say the evidence seems to indicate otherwise.

why would those companies spend up to half a million dollars on a reversing polarity submerged particle beam set up when they could build a thousand dollars or so and build the very best commercial version of the electrolysis equipment like is used in home generators?

The first and more obvious answer to this would be "money".  These are business', and business is driven by profit. 

That said, since we've already seen that Ionic Silver is every bit as good, if not better, than the half million dollar particle beam setup, then the question as to why anyone would spend there hard earned money financing such enterprises comes up.. 

My suggestion: buy some of the very best commercial true colloidal silver "just in case" something really tough comes along and make your own silver at home for the bulk of your needs.

Ancient yet timeless advice. It is far better to buy AND ever better yet, to build a CS Generator and make your own, than to buy the product from such companies. IOW. Don't spend your hard earned money making others rich.  :)
