theres good videos on YouTube. i mix ground up weed and coconut oil. only need a little weed its very potent. put in oven at 325 iirc or less for more high vs sedation for like 15 minutes. it's almost an art

with lecithin the effect hits quicker harder and lasts less i prefer it
warm coconut oil with tbsp or so of lecithin
add ground weed
cook
add more lecithin
cook
enjoy

always cover w tin foil when cooking
you can remove weed debris through cheesecloth can cause gi annoyance for some. i got used ito it and them for extra effect
