I have fasted many times on water only, but dry fasted for two days, only once and continued there after with water fast. Even though I like water fast, eat was easy for me to do dry fast. I am a born vegetarian and do well with fasting because do not have too many symptoms like others do.

I read your posts and have been reading them since the days of fonty and chrisb1.

So I drank a lot water after my 2 day dry fast. Do you think it damaged me internally? I do not have any pain anywhere or other side effects, but my eyes get a lot of mucus randomly, especially in the morning.

I am planning another dry fast of thre days, would it be ok to go into Water Fast after that? Also is it good to drink Sea Salt water slowly? I know you mentioned milk a few times in your posts, but I do t drink milk.
