Agreed, let's not talk food here. I will visit raw vegan forum one of these days. Just have hard time keeping up WF forum already ..
Yeap, I agree with you both, two palms is the size of one's stomach and this is the reason I can't accommodate enough raw food in only 3 meals a day.
Arcus, You're say tea -- is it the "tea" tea, or different herbs? I read something in the lines of "Tea" slowing digestion - did you notice such thing?
Yeah, 30 days would reset the stomach, certainly, maybe even 15 days would do - what do you think?
