Hey Uny,

Looking for some insight based on what has been observed.

Is 15mg of Hydrocortisone considered a 'large' dose of corticosteroid? I've tapered down from 20mg that I was on for a total of 3.5 years of so and have been there since the start of July.

I've read conflicting reports on what's considered 'low' and what's considered 'high'.. I remember you mentioning that anything above 5mg is 'high' in a previous post on this forum.

I'm nearing 4.5mg of Valium... and should be off by next spring... or probably about 9-10 months.

I am constantly obsessing over my steroid, though, and every day that I'm on that I worry about it's ability to suppress my adrenals.

Also, is there something I should look for before attempting to taper the HC? I haven't felt well for almost 8 years now, so looking to feel 'well' or 'stable' isn't possible.
