ow, thanks for telling about it, i did not know there is risk. It must be becouse oil of oregano is analgesic and so it make the digestive system numb.


So best to use oregano oil for shorter times,take breaks to avoid such a problem. Swedish bitters stimulate digestive system so might be good to use it , i use it everyday anyway.
