Yeah, any time I ever tried the Hulda Clark epsom-salt method, I'd get candida bloom like hell >n<

( Diabetes (both 1 and 2) has candida overgrowth as a chronic disease factor )

I did the castor oil flush ( //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/castor_oil_liver_flush.asp ) after 2 days of fasting, and really inspected the results, that's where my suspected liver fluke is from. Got lots of photos of what I suspect were parasites, though I'd need an experienced eye to help me out!

I used red beetjuice (fresh pressed) instead of OJ. :9

It was non-organic, lavendar-scented castor oil, and I was sleepy as heck afterwards and had the rrrrruns (to the toilet of course), but no candida flush (and brainfog/annoying depersonalization and mental issues after) like the Epsom Salt stuff!



coffee enema trick: Drink a good bitter tea of chickory root (I love it, so much like coffee!) before your coffee enema, and you'll hear BIG bileflow both left and right under the ribcage. Both coffee and chickory root provide plenty of choline, and that's the prime ingredient in producing bile!!

Phosphorus and magnesium both help dilate the ducts, but you need the fuel for running the machinery too :-) (why folk report such good responses to ox bile and phosphatidylcholine supplements~ )

The P&B (psyllium husk and Bentonite clay) make me weirdly cheery and a bit punchdrunk though, it's the oddest thing! Just teensily annoyed with the way the calcium Bentonite comes out my skin (especially in hot baths). But hey.. If it works and it's cheap as dirt.. (little joke there)
