Okay so I haven't been feeling too good for months now. I'm 27 and male I've had GERD for the last four years now. I will start by saying around January of this year I noticed I was getting constipated, but I didn't think much of it at the time since I have had GERD for years and figured it was that and my diet. During this time I was quite stressed, I had got engaged on Christmas but I am in a long distance relationship and I don't get along well with my mom who I live with but its finically beneficial while finishing college. Anyways it wasn't until mid Feburary where I started to notice the issues and wondered if they were serious. During this time I was getting a mix of diarrhea and constipation regularly along with undigiested food in my stool and mucus. I had almost completely lost my appetite. During this time I also noticed the veins in my body had become more visible msinly in my legs and arms. Then came some broken callipries a few months back. I worried of pancreatic cancer, liver disease etc. Then I noticed a white coated in April and found out about candida. I don't know how long my tongue has been coated for, but I do know for yesrs especially when I was younger I was put on antibiotics quite often. I have read all the horrible symtoms candida can cause that I have such as...
Constipation,
Diarrhea,
Mucus in stool,
Undigiested food in stool,
Gas,
Belching,
Broken callipries,
White coated tongue,
Fatigue,
Brain fog,
Increased heart rate (though I think this one might be anxiety related which I also have)
I've experienced all of that. The only one I wasn't sure about is the more noticeable veins, but I assume if it can cause broken callipries viable veins don't seem too far off, especially since I'm fair skinned and my mother also has very visible veins so it might be hereditary.
Does this sound like candida to you? I'm terrified of pancreatic cancer or liver disease, but given my age shd the fact that I am not and have never been a heavy drinker the others seem like they would be unlikely, but not impossible I guess.
