Thank you for all of this information. Your posts contain a wealth of research and most closely align with my own so I plan to start my treatment in the manner you did. I have a few questions though if you would be so kind as to answer:

1) You mention in this post that in phase 2 you are just adding pro/pre-biotics and continuing everything from phase 1. You then also state that the conditions you create in phase 1 are not good for probiotics so it is no use taking them at that time. These are contradictory to me.. am I missing something?

2) In phase 3, do you stop taking the anti-fungals and biofilm enzymes (especially Nystatin which I am concerned about long term use)?

3) In one of your other posts you talked about liver support and recommended some supplements for that (moly-b, NAC, ALA, etc). Where does that come into play and when did you stop that protocol?

4) I am having Amalgam fillings removed in a month and wonder how that could effect this protocol. It makes sense that liver support and some chelation would be good after doing this but wondering if I should do that for awhile before starting anything else.
