Hey Mike,

I had a bit of a dip in my energy this week, thinking of maybe elevating the dose a bit. But I will limed the dose to 5mg Medrol max! so roughly 25mg cortisol.

Main 2 things I notice is my reduction in anxiety, there is simply none, even my social anxiety is gone

And surprisingly i'am gaining muscle and losing fat (which is very strange with the anticatabolic reaction of cortisol) I haven't figured that one out myself. Only reason i could think of is that it maybe is closer to where my body wants it, so closer to homeostasis, and thus my body is more balanced.
