At what point would it be ok to eat steamed spinach with soy yoghurt after an 8 day water fast?

I'm breaking it with Watermelon only the first day, then I imagine I'll eat some ripe mangos on day two, but when can I introduce this kind of soft, savory food like spinach and soy yoghurt?
