I ve never used 5% Lugols but 2 % Lugols from J Crows.


I am from germany and the least expensive way was to order it via ebay. I ve paid like 30 Euros (shipping included) though for 2 bottles 60 ml each (i believe)


some time ago i ve started ot make my own solution.
Not Lugols but just potassium Iodide.

Just hope that my body has the enzymes to change Iodide into iodine.

Some say anyways that Iodine and Iodide is only needed the first year and that the body usually is able to form Iodine out of iodine. Also Iodine can be harsh on some ppl.

I ve paid like 12 Euros or so for 100 g Potassium Iodide from the UK. Just mix it with distilled water and there u go.

To ur explicit question i have no answer. Sorry

BUT ... i ve also seen Lugols Powder on ebay.
So i guess one can even make ones own Lugols Solution by buying cheap Lugols Powder and mixing with Distilled water.
