I am currently on day 13 of a 30 day Water Fast and these detox symptoms are killing me. I feel like I'm not able to drink enough water because whenever I do, I get this pretty distracting heartburn. However, I've also got this nausea that I think I could ease by drinking more water but like I said, the heartburn I get whenever I drink lots of water is really difficult to deal with. So I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions here because I am having a pretty difficult time with this. Of course I knew this wasn't going to be easy, but I do not want these symptoms to be the reason I break my fast because I am really determined to see this through.
