Did a 30 day water fast, no bowel movement during the fast at all. Broke the fast on 2 days of cucumber/celery juice. Had a bowel movement within a day and noticing everytime I drink the juice the transit time from one end to the other is now incredibly short. I can literally hear the juice working it's working through my body and wanting to come out the other end.

This is good sign though correct?
