I have read Andreas Moritz Liver Flush books and have done 8 flushes, all producing stones or chaff. Lately after my Liver Flushing I have been feeling Congested and this past one I have not been able to digest my food. I cannot do vigorous exercise because I start getting pain in my right rib cage..any idea what that may be?
Would it be ok to do another flush 5 days after I just flushed?

I need some relief as I feel Congested!!
