Hi: today was day 30 of humaworm and I passed this about an hour ago. The two gross pictures are of the same thing. They're much more pieces but they broke when I tried to separate them from the poop. I was feeling really lethargic and with bowel pressure and pain, really bloated when came home from work. I did a coffee enema and this thing came up, is this a tapeworm? I've been passing these things for about four months now. I've been really constipated, doctor says nothing wrong with my gut. I have some health issues, all related to a
weak immune system. Any recommendations?
