Thanks for posting the testimonial. It’s always great to read about other people’s successes. I’m currently on day 8. I had said I would go at least 10 days and it looks like I’m going to make that come true. I may continue for 15-20 depending on how I feel.

How long did you wait between the first and second fast?
Did you do the B&P shakes during your fast? I am afraid to incorporate them while fasting, but may consider it once I have gone back to eating.

Was it strange to go back to eating?

I am considering going vegan when I return to eating. I had worried about this in the past in terms of weight gain (as I was worried I would snack a lot on vegan junk food but feel like I can handle it now by snacking on fruits and veggies).

I think this is a great cleansing program. And am so thankful for this forum :)
