Thanks sebdermrelief. ive tried a couple of times but im going to have to follow through wholeheartedly. when I stop taking Antibiotics my face, my scalp, my back, the creases of my nose, ear (everything) goes nuts with acne. its unbearable as I find it hard to even walk into work like that. ive tried but it always gets to the same point where I can't bare it anymore and get back on the Antibiotics .

MAybe my course of action isn't strong enough when getting off Antibiotics . I eat healthy with no processed foods but maybe this isn't enough. I have a feeling candida or leaky gut is the source but I have no clue how to rid myself of these things..
