Very minimal nausea feel really good day after many stones all green I used half cup of raw unfiltered trader joes olive oil mixed with unpasteurized orange juice I also had orange juice with the Elaine salts and it is the best tasting Epsom Salts I didn't notice the taste of Es like I normally do with grapefruit etc this is my 7 th flush I refrained from coffee day of the flush since it stimulates bile flow I even had a bit of fat the morning of the flush didn't seem to hinder results
