Try looking into fasting and cleansing your body. Fasting cleanses your body of toxins that may be present that might attribute to your problem.

There are different kinds of fasting,

1. abstaining from all foods and water
2.Water fasting (only water
3. fruit fasting only solid fruits
4. fruit juice fasting

Try these individually or try them all together.

Mind your diet, as certain foods especially dairy can attribute to a bad smell. Such as dairy milk and cheese and the likes.

Try natural laxatives like prune juice to help clean out your system perhaps?
