Just to ask again...do you all think flushing again soon (i.e.: next weekend) is a good idea or bad one? Next weekend will be 3 weeks. Still have bloating, though it was not as bad last night (but also only had broth) and today, after a COFFEE Enema, the bloat came back.

I am going to be taking some Castor oil for a few days-- possibly a week, recommended by someone on here, which I started last night.
