I meant pro-biotics not anti-biotics ( I would never do anti-biotics again no way) thats my mistake. I tried 1 cap of primal defense and it gave me a ton of energy so much it kept me up at night so i'm not sure what another 19 will do but I think i'm going to try it sometime this week
