I don't really buy that. Makes no sense. 20 caps of of Primal Defense (which are 5 billion each by the way) -- which is 100 billion. That is baby probiotics. I often take 2 packets of 900 billion which is 1.8 TRILLION. That is big time. 100 billion doesn't even make a dent. Also, lots of probiotics should CURE diarrhea, not CAUSE it.
