Very strange and interesting that probiotics magically solved his problems. I've been taking 2 probiotics now, and have taken other over the years. Right now, I take VSL#3 which is so high potency, I actually get it at a pharmacy. It has 900 billion bacteria which you can't find anywhere-- the most I could ever find was 50billion, which I used to take. Additionally, I take something called MegaSpore which my naturopath recommends as it survives the intestinal track and implants even for those who are acidic. I actually have primal defense too so I'll take it. My guess is that it was the Boulardii in it that helped him. There's nothing else about it that is interesting-- its only 5 billion, though it's plant based which is different. I'll sure try it
