Interesting, your experience with the coffee enema. I did several over a period of a year, maybe about a dozen. Then they started making me feel weak and bad, as if minerals had been excessively removed.

The first few, though, I felt fabulous, like I'd died and gone to heaven. I don't think I have much excess that needs discharging. We have to know when to stop. For some, maybe it's just a once or twice a year thing and for others, they can do countless enemas and feel good, as they have so much toxicity.
