Also, the coffee enema I did was a total mistake. I was feeling better last night and this morning (granted, all I ate-- well really drank- was some vegetable broth). After the Coffee-Enema i feel bad again (bloat, gas), and I did a cleaning enema both before and after (both came out clean).
