Hi,
I was wondering whether anyone might be able to answer. A while ago I read posts from both Dvorge and Frostymug suggesting lactulose as a prebiotic. My question: the only lactulose I can find contains a little galactose and lactose...is this okay? Do I need to find a completely Sugar free brand--is such a thing even available? Thanks so much in advance.
