Hey kmg4,

How are you doing on your fast? Thanks for telling me about the autolysis. I never knew that. I will try to go for more than three days next time. Now that I just ate, I keep having cravings for watermelon, but I resisted at least twice. My motivation is Mother Theresa. What is your motivation that makes you continue?
