I forgot to measure my blood pressure before eating. Well, after eating it was 84/64, heart rate 121. Wonder whether blood pressure was even lower than that before I ate. That would be extremely interesting to find out.

My weakness is gone, but the thing is, I still see stars or black after standing from a sitting position. I guess we know why, seeing that 84 is the high blood pressure. Is the higher one called like systolic or diastolic? I always get the two mixed up. Wonder whether after I digest the little amount of food I ate, my higher blood pressure will go up. The lower blood pressure is fine. I would actually like it to be 60, so it is 4 points higher than it is supposed to be. It's just the higher one being 6 points lower. The ideal would be 90. Guess I should work on my to-do list now. Adios.
