Thank you for posting this information and the link because I am sure it will be very useful. Even having another slant on doing Liposomal vitamin C activates my "do the best" genes and therefore it is very welcome.

I have been meaning to make some for quite some time but ATM I do not have an ultrasonic cleaner and therefore I have been unable to make any. I have been using vitamin C and lecithin hand mixed and to answer the questions posted previous to mine, I realise that the ulra sonic cleaner is an important part of it because it is what forms the tiny liposomes from the ingredients. [Edit] The site does say that the ultrasonic bath is not absolutely essential but I think that it would certainly help.

What has stopped me up until now is finding a decent quaslity ultrasonic bath because I did not want some Chinese rubbish that fails while I am trying to make it or worse still, creates a fire.

I do not drink alcohol but do use tinctures/fluid extracts which are high in alcohol so any alcohol is okay if it helps my health.

I shall keep a copy of your post and the link.
