I get a lot of flatulence and often straight after meals, rarely do I need to burp though, always the bottom end and diarrhoea once per week - usually, otherwise by bowel movements look normal. And a constant pain towards the end of my intestines (I think) but not a dreadful pain, if that makes sense. Look forward to your thoughts...Thank you
