When you first start eating again, you will notice that your sense of taste is greatly enhanced (at least mine was). The orange juice will taste like the best thing you've ever had. One time I ran out of freshly squeezed OJ and I was on the road so I bought some Tropicana OJ in a carton. It was so nasty I couldn't finish it. It just tasted like chemicals to me.

Eventually your taste buds and olfactory organs go back to their normal less sensitive state (again, at least mine have).
