By the time I post this message, I will have fasted for two whole days. Since 12 a.m., been feeling weak. When I sit down, I don't want to stand up unless my grandma sings to me, which she didn't, so I am not sure why I stood up all those times that I did. I think once was to get water. Feeling thirst unquenched by water yesterday and today, and Synthroid solves the problem. Had heartburn this morning for less than half a minute. I feel in a silly, funny state like I want to laugh from the weak feeling in my arms. Dizzy when I stood up, but I just give it time to adjust. I am not afraid of dizziness, a little concerned sometimes of my weakness, but I don't think eating will solve all my problems. It is just a little tradeoff, a sacrifice I've got to make. I realize the expanding, airy, messy feeling in my entire body I felt this morning was detox. I can feel and see the godly white in my organs and also the trash--the yellow bile inside. It dominates the godly white, especially in lower bowels.
