Hi Alicia70,

In answer to your question, I scrubbed my tongue last night with my toothbrush. went to bed with a clean tongue, woke up this morning and looks pretty good. but on closer inspection the dirty colouring is coming though the tongue, and would suspect it will eventually return to the previous state it was in. Thanks
