Got the bulk charcoal today. I've used it in the past when living in the mountains where the water supply was 'toxic'. While the majority the Xanax withdrawals have lessened this past week, I'm now stuck in Xanax Rebound Insomnia Land. Switching drugs means another lessen in rebound hell, so, I'm currently scouring the web for tips on slaying the insomnia dragon. At this point I'm beginning to believe I'll never be 'normal' again.
