Successfully completed Day One of fast. On Day Two right now, four hours in to it. Having a tiny headache, it hurt the most in my forehead, some feeling in mid-brain, right now left side of head hurts a little. Like I just texted my mom, being hungry in the stomach is the best, most comfortable feeling in the world. It feels like there is God's breath, God's presence in my stomach. Like there is heavenly Qi there.

Mother Theresa devotion works like a charm. It makes it so easy to fast. I know I've said this twenty times before, but this time I am really doing it! I am really fasting!
